Scope Of Work
Ryan Construction was honored to be chosen as the General Contractor of choice to construct the new 17,000 sqft Hospital House for Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod.
The new building houses ten (10) residential units that have 24-hour nurse’s care. The residence also includes a kitchen, residence dining room, sitting area, and quiet rooms.
Each resident room has been designed to provide the highest quality of life possible, including hardwood flooring, cathedral ceilings, glass sliders leading to private decks, individual climate control, radiant heat flooring, and cooling systems.
