Scope Of Work

Pilgrim Rehab is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility operating 24 hours per day. The multi-phase project consists of renovating 40 resident rooms, nurse stations, administrative support spaces, and common hallways over a 1 year period of time. New bathrooms, mechanical systems, medical gases, lighting, sprinkler, flooring, and finishes will be installed in each phase of the project. Exterior improvements include a new driveway, main entry Porte Cochere, and Pergola to improve site accessibility and upgrade the exterior building façade. As this project requires working within an operating skilled nursing facility, detailed construction phasing and safety plans were developed to ensure minimal disruptions to daily building operations.
