Scope Of Work
The new Chafee Health Center is a spacious and bright community-centric medical facility located at One Warren Avenue and 375 Allens Avenue in Providence. It replaced the former Fox Point Health Center at that address. The Center expects to accommodate 10,000 patients annually in this facility with its 14 treatment rooms.
While Ryan Construction has specialized in healthcare construction since 1989, this project was our first project for Providence Community Health. Before this project, Ryan Construction completed medical office projects in Rhode Island with Vision III for Woman & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island and Kent Hospital; a tenant office fit-up for the Visiting Nurses of Rhode Island; and several projects for Bryant University in Smithfield.
