Scope Of Work

Ryan Construction completed a major addition and renovation of the Robin Hood Elementary School in Stoneham, MA. The 31,000 sqft addition included new classrooms including a pre-kindergarten classroom & two kindergarten classrooms, gymnasium, kitchen, cafeteria, faculty dining room, bathrooms & support space as well as a new entry road, a new multi-sport athletic field, fully-equipped children’s play area & extensive architectural site improvements. The 30,000 sqft renovation involved the original school including the fourteen classrooms, common areas & the administration areas as well as extensive mechanical & electrical work, new windows, repairing & re-pointing the brick exterior & a new roof. This project was completed on schedule for the students to return to a red carpet ceremony for their first day back in September.
