Scope Of Work
Ryan Construction served as the general contractor for the construction of this state of the art one and a half story Boys and Girts Club of Worcester Clubhouse.
Designed by Bargmann, Hendrie + Archetype, Inc., this new 47,000 sqft building features facilities for club activities including a gymnasium, a boxing ring, an indoor Olympic-size swimming pool, classrooms, a daycare center, a full-service kitchen, and multipurpose room as well as administrative offices.
The building has a structural steel frame, metal siding panel, glass and masonry exterior walls; and a single-ply roofing system. The site improvements and exterior amenities include fences & gates, site furnishings, planting, lawns & grass, and parking.
The project was awarded a Central Massachusetts American Institute of Architects design award.
