Scope Of Work
Vein Center
Construction of Vein Center including 2 Exam Rooms, 1 Procedure Room, 1 Processing Room, and Offices, New Waiting/Reception Room with custom woodwork and decorative glass. The project included new HVAC & Electrical Services.
MRI Center
Construction of MRI Center. The project required removal and reinforcement of existing concrete slab to support the new Siemens MRI equipment. Including reinforcement of the existing roof structure to support new chiller. Construction RF Shielded Room to house new MRI equipment. The project included Consult Rooms, Screening Rooms, Patient Changing Rooms and office and support areas. Construction of New Data and Computer Rooms. The project will be DPH certified upon completion.
