Scope Of Work
Ryan Construction was the Construction Manager on the fast-track renovations for the First Bristol Corporation & Saunders Hotel Group, converting this 1979 block and plank Norwood Ramada Inn to a state-of-the-art Hampton Inn, which was accomplished in just eight (8) months. The work included incorporating twenty (20) balconies into guest room space; renovating (139) guest rooms with new bathrooms, carpeting, HVAC equipment; replacing two (2) air cooled chillers; renovating all common areas including the lobby, corridors; renovating the elevator cabs & entrances, two function rooms and a new swimming pool room. Exterior renovations included a new EFIS building facade, new windows, new porte-cochere, improvements to the site drainage, reconstructing the (265) vehicle parking lot, new site lighting and landscaping.
