Scope Of Work
The project consists of the complete gut of the existing 6th floor. Construction of 15 Patient Rooms, Floor Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and associated Staff Areas. Includes all-new plumbing systems coordinated with the 5th floor below, and med gas systems from the basement. Includes new rooftop HVAC units to supply new 6th Floor construction. Custom millwork and kitchen equipment to be provided. All work to be completed in accordance with DPH requirements.
