Scope Of Work

Kindred Nursing is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility operating 24 hours daily. This multi-phase project consisted of updating the neuro-rehabilitation unit, patient rooms, nurse stations, administrative support spaces, and common areas. New bathrooms, mechanical systems, lighting, sprinklers, flooring, and finishes were installed in each phase of the project. The sensitive nature of this care unit required diligence in coordinating access and developing construction controls to maintain the safety of the patients and staff.
