Scope Of Work
Mayflower Manor Apartments is being built at 84 South Main Street in Middleborough, MA. Designed by BKA Architects of Brockton, this project consists of 44 apartments into buildings totaling 49,000 square feet. Construction began with abatement, demolition of the existing commercial building and site demolition. Both buildings are slab on grade with wood panel and truss construction. This 40B project is 80% market-rate rentals and 20% affordable rentals. Exterior and interior finishes will be low maintenance composites, heat will be provided by natural gas, and onsite parking is included.
