Scope Of Work
C.T. Taylor as part of the ICON Team was selected a Construction Manager at Risk for this Ohio Construction Facilities Commission project that consists of a $41 Million dollar new High School to house 1260 students in grade 10-12. The building is to be 207,182sf built in accordance with the Ohio School Design Manual.
This project was the first successfully negotiated Construction Management at Risk GMP for the Ohio School Facilities Commission.
