Situated next to a valley medical clinic, this 124 unit low income senior housing project is comprised of two, four-story wood framed building over a one level parking garage. Amenities in this gated community include two laundry rooms, a fitness center, and a community room with computer and multi-media center that opens out onto three different beautifully landscaped courtyards with BBQ, fountain, and community gardens. Significant green features including a photovoltaic system and solar hot water system.
