The green efforts accomplished with the completion of this project include: photovoltaic system, solar hot water system, extremely high STC rated windows, and a multitude of recycled products. Each unit has designer finishes for cabinets, countertops, and flooring. Community amenities in this gated community include a fitness center, computer center, laundry room, community kitchen and gathering room with multi-media capabilities that expands into a beautiful courtyard with BBQ area, two play structures, community gardens and dog walking area. The property also features numerous art pieces winning the property an art award from the City of San Mateo recognizing pieces from critically acclaimed muralist Mona Caron, metal flower arrangement in the gardens and juggler sculpture that greet residents as they stroll through the courtyard.
