Scope Of Work
The Redwoods is the Irvine Apartment Communities’ fifth community to open at North Park Apartment Village. The project consists of 430 units made up of dual master suites, one and two bedroom floor plans, and private patios and balconies. Units are furnished with granite countertops, shaker-style cabinets, and custom tile flooring. North Park Residents conveniently access shopping, entertainment and dining steps away as it is located near the Great Mall of the Bay Area, downtown San Jose and Rivermark.
