Scope Of Work
Managed by the Marriot Renaissance Hotels and Spa, the Lodge at Sonoma offers guests 144,606 sq. ft. of luxury hotel accommodations spread out over nine acres and 22 separate buildings. The hotel features 182 oversized guest rooms, a 7,500 sq. ft. European style spa, large swimming pool, fitness room, a world class restaurant and a conference center. Many of the hotel’s guest rooms include fireplaces, oversized baths and private patios.
