Scope Of Work
Stanford is one of the most prestigious Universities in the United States; in addition to its curricular program, Stanford prides itself on offering students and faculty premiere housing close to campus. Over the past few years however, it has become increasingly difficult to offer housing close to campus as student and faculty numbers grow due to the rapidly increasing demand for housing in the Bay Area. In an effort to meet this new housing need, Stanford has decided to build 112 units featured in two 4-story buildings located off of California Ave. This community will also feature amenities such as a fitness center, lap pool with spa, outdoor BBQ, central open-park, and community building with a dining hall available for faculty occupancy.
