Scope Of Work
The Sycamores makes up for two of the five buildings of North Park Apartment Village. The first is a complex type-3 multi-use building with a complete fitness center and basketball court. The pool and spa area is the largest of all the North Park properties, with 8 cabanas and 2 complete outdoor pavilions. This building has a double podium with underground parking, with 440 living units above the plaza. The 5th floor of this building will enjoy an unobstructed view of the valley. The second building is a type-5 single podium, four story building with pool area complete with two outdoor kitchens, men's and women's bath with showers, a grass lounging area, and spa. This property has grand arched entrances and upgraded lighting and exterior finish work.
