Scope Of Work
This project consists of a three-story, 120-bed, 79,000 square-foot Skilled Nursing Facility on a seven acre site. Shell construction will be masonry and hollow core planks with built up roof system. Exterior finish to be sutcco over masonry. There will be a full commercial kitchen, three resident dining rooms, three resident day rooms, three 20- and two 30-bed resident wings, two outdoor courtyards, a large activity room, and a physical therapy department. This project is AHCA reviewable.
