Scope Of Work
This project includes a new 725-student intermediate school. The school will include general-purpose classrooms, art classroom, music classroom, computer labs, gymnasium, multipurpose room with stage and kitchen, specialty rooms, information center, administrative offices, teacher workrooms, and supply/storage rooms. The project scope will also include utilities, parking, bus loading/unloading area, playground, sports facilities, signage, fencing, landscaping, and security lighting and will be handicapped accessible.The school will incorporate advanced communication systems to support technology program requirements, as well as, general communications.
