Scope Of Work
The Las Olas River House is a luxury condominium community that features two 42-story buildings and one 34-story building located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s bustling downtown district. The buildings total 1,200,000 square feet and consist of 280 residential units. The complex also includes a five-story, 340-space parking structure.
The Las Olas River House offers residents many luxurious amenities including a five-story, 30,000 square-foot, glass-walled fitness club and spa over looking Las Olas Riverwalk, semi-private elevators, a serpentine swimming pool with individual resident cabanas, a café, a recreation deck with putting green, a business center, a clubroom with multimedia entertainment, a convenience store, and a library.
The impressive structure has forever changed the Fort Lauderdale skyline and has earned the title of tallest building from North Miami, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia.
