Scope Of Work
Historic Holman Stadium, home of the Nashua Pride baseball team, was built as a Work Projects Administration project in 1937. Nashua residents were fond of their historic aging stadium, but realized it needed some improvements.
Bread Loaf was selected to design and build modern renovations and additions while preserving the character of the beloved brick landmark. Respecting the existing quality and detail, Bread Loaf architects envisioned a transparent addition lightly overlaid on the historic brick stadium. The Bread Loaf team created a luxurious new skybox level cantilevered above the existing building along with new stair towers and elevators to improve circulation. This award-winning project was delivered on a fast-track schedule.
