Scope Of Work
Bread Loaf was selected as Construction Manager for Porter Medical Center’s North Wing expansion. The project includes a birthing center and a new surgery suite with two fully equipped operating rooms and two smaller rooms for outpatient procedures. Each of these rooms is equipped with Steris “Harmony” ceiling hung systems for lighting, video monitoring, anesthesia gas supply and equipment monitoring capabilities. Decontamination, sterile processing and sterile storage areas are adjacent to the operating rooms and a complete PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) and Prep/Recovery suite of rooms is just down the hall.
