Scope Of Work
Complete Design-Build services for a new 52,800sf manufacturing facility with a planned 47,300sf future addition.
Unique Attributes: This project was designed and permitted to accommodate the initial construction of a 52,800sf manufacturing facility and eventual build-out of 100,000 total square feet, including stormwater retention and terraced employee parking. Building was designed with a thermal efficiency that surpasses energy code requirements. Manufacturing floor is designed to accommodate the loads of manufacturing equipment, providing maximum flexibility for manufacturing configuration.
