Scope Of Work
Interior renovations to high school science labs including electrical, data and HVAC upgrades, skylighting, new lab facilities, and Smart Board technologies.
Delivery Method: Negotiated Construction Management with GMP
Unique Attributes: The construction phase for this project began in the early stages of the Construction Drawing stage so as to meet the aggressive project schedule of substantial completion before the start of the school year in late August.
