Scope Of Work
Performed an energy analysis on several buildings used for manufacturing, testing, packaging and offices, to learn what energy savings might be available within all HVAC systems. Our proposal demonstrated an 18 month payback. As a result, O.C. McDonald was contracted to modify existing mechanical systems and integrate Johnson Controls Metasys BAS systems, together with front end graphics and user training. Several years of energy savings has made it possible to fund facility and support systems.
