Scope Of Work
This is a new middle school in the Five Mile Prairie neighborhood. The school is planned to be 120,000 sq. ft. and house 850 students in a 6th to 8th grade con?guration. The 61-acre site and will be master-planned to include future facilities and infrastructure. The materials and operational systems are specifically designed to maximize the life span of the building at minimal maintenance and operational costs. Modern and sleek design of polished concrete, metal panels and decorative CMU give this building a timeless look that will not become outdated.
