Scope Of Work

Luther College operates a historical, independent high school and a liberal arts university campus that is federated with the University of Regina. The addition to Luther College High School included a new stage, gymnasium, training room, student commons, and fine arts classrooms. The renovations included the change rooms, washrooms, boiler room, paved and gravel parking areas, classroom ventilation upgrade, the installation of a fire suppression system, and fire code upgrades to the existing facility.

All work proceeded while the school remained in operation. A number of renovated areas were required to be completed over the summer months while the school and the dormitories are not in use.
