Scope Of Work
Lamar Johnson Collaborative designed this 53-story tower which features 402-units of different sizes and configurations responding to the current market requirements.
Single-loaded units conceal the 807-car parking podium, allowing the tower to meet the ground, rather than sit on the expected tower podium. A strong, expressed base includes the lobby and 5,700 square feet of street level retail space with shop fronts of glass and stone-clad columns. The tower structure is simply expressed with white-coated thin columns and slab edges. The building is clad in a taut blue glass providing a sharp contrast to the structure that steps back at distinct locations. The offsets reinforce the vertical expression of the tower and with its expressed top levels, it is distinguished from adjacent buildings in a “modern-classic” style.
An amenity floor located atop the building podium incorporates a spa-inspired fitness center, cyber cafe, entertainment areas such as a media room, an outdoor, Olympic-size pool, and basketball and tennis courts.
