Scope Of Work
Completed in time for the 2015-2016 Academic School year, The Edge is a 120-unit, 384-bed, upscale student housing community servicing students of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). The 10.3-acre site features six garden-style residential buildings with two and four bedroom apartments and a clubhouse. The clubhouse and its surroundings will include such amenities as a swimming pool, athletic courts, fitness center, and game/party rooms.
The apartments feature high-end finishes and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Each unit is fully furnished and includes big screen flat panel TVs, internet access, and a full-size washer and dryer.
