David Fee's Bio
David is the CEO of Lotspeich Company of Florida - a highly successful contracting firm, specializing in drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, building specialties, stucco and other exterior finishing installations. Founded in 1928, Lotspeich has earned countless awards and community recognition, including over 50 Craftsmanship Awards from the Construction Association of South Florida, 15 Excellence in Construction awards from the ABC and 2 Build Florida awards from the AGC.
David has also served as Past President of the Construction Association of South Florida, Past Director of the Ceilings and Interior Systems Contractors Association, Past President of the Fort Lauderdale's Executives Association, and Past Advisory Contractor of the Armstrong World Ceilings Division and Tate Access Flooring. Outside of the construction community, David also serves on the Advisory Board of Falcon Opportunity Fund and is currently Chairman of 4KIDS of South Florida, a non-profit children's foster care organization.
David is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida, and he holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Florida State University.

Lotspeich is a specialty contractor that specializes in drywall construction, exterior light gauge metal framing and trusses, Stucco, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, Commercial doors and hardware and building specialties. We concentrate in the commercials markets (Public, private, health care institutional etc.) with a focus in the South Florida area.
Mike has been in this industry since 1989 and has been involved in a number of industry related organizations. He is past President of the Construction Association of South Florida, a past board member of Associated Builders and Contractors, a board member of the Fort Lauderdale Executive Association and a member of the Construction Executives Association. Mike has co-chaired the annual CASF golf tournament for the past five years with the proceeds, averaging $100,000 per year, given to local charities. Mike graduated from Broward Community College and is a licensed Florida general Contractor.

Ricky is the Field Resource Manager of Lotspeich Co. of Florida in Fort Lauderdale, serving over 7 years. Also, Ricky is the Safety Director Manager for both branches, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach.
Ricky started in the Construction trade in 1994, gradually got involved in all phases of Commercial Interior Construction from Drywall & Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Metal trusses, Building Specialties and Doors & Hardware. Ricky also attended Union Apprenticeship Programs with the South Florida Carpenter’s Union and also has completed many OSHA courses.
