Scope Of Work
Wright Construction provided General Contracting services for the 31,107 SF recycling facility that services the northeast quadrant of Collier County. The project was constructed on a 14-acre site and included the construction of the Main Recycling, Scale, and Water Treatment Buildings. The project consists of state-of-the-art features such as special containment rooms for hazardous waste, blast-resistant doors, and high-strength industrial coatings throughout the facility. The building was designed with a very modern style of architecture, while also including an extensive amount of open-air structure. The structural design included long-span steel beams which accommodated the open-air design of the facility.
