Scope Of Work
Wright Construction Group built a new dining facility totaling 7,731 SF at the North Lake Village Student Housing Complex, located behind Alico Arena. The dining venue included a small stage for student performances and poetry readings, a game room, a television room, and an indoor dining area. The dining venue includes multiple glass roll-up doors to allow the seating areas to flow out onto the new extensive boardwalk and paver areas overlooking the Miromar Lake beachfront. A full commercial kitchen was also included, as well as a pizza oven and serving lines. The facility also provides catering for the Alico Arena concession.
