Scope Of Work
Construction Management Services were provided for the renovation of FSW’s Building H. Additionally, Wright Construction replaced the air conditioning system with Penthouse Air Conditioning. Building upgrades included a new HVAC system, a complete new re-roof, new windows on the first floor, and new lighting and electrical switchgear. The Science Laboratory /Classrooms were relocated from the first to the second floor with restrictive site access and staging for student and faculty safety. Building H was located between two active campus classroom buildings: I and G. Elevator and ADA access had to be maintained throughout the construction process. The project was phased one floor at a time in order to maintain the regular classroom schedule for students.
