Scope Of Work
Financial House offers tenants a modern, luxury office building that reflects the unique, refined style of Cherry Creek. Features include amenities such as an activated streetscape with a public courtyard and below-grade parking.
The building lobby and courtyard are designed by award-winning interior designer, Avroko, and have the look and feel of a hotel lobby instead of a traditional office lobby. The lobby and courtyard are also ideal for social gatherings with a folding glass wall that connects the two spaces. The building’s four-sided glass curtain wall puts Cherry Creek’s dynamic location on display with panoramic views in every direction.
Additionally, Haselden completed an 8,500 SF tenant improvement for Amazon Books and a 12,000 SF tenant improvement for BMC within the Financial House project. This four-and-a-half-month project included high-end finishes, such as hardwood floors, high-end millwork feature walls for the offices, as well as a kitchen, lounge, and conference rooms to complete the space for this developer headquarters.
