Scope Of Work
The Fitzsimons Village Office Building project includes a six-story, Class A, 175,000-square-foot office building with 16,000 square feet of retail space and two stories of attached parking.
Tenant interior buildout was completed on four floors. Also included in the project is a seven-story, 713-space parking garage attached to the office building by a pedestrian bridge.
Site infrastructure work included completely new storm sewer, sanitary sewer, gas, water, and electric service throughout 30 acres of the 40-acre site. This included an offsite run of storm sewer to I-225 approximately one mile east of the project site, as well as a pedestrian bridge across Colfax Avenue.
