Scope Of Work
The Link features 12 stories of office space located in the heart of downtown Denver. Formerly owned by Century Link and rebranded The Link, this office tower has been transformed into a modern office building with highly desirable amenities for visitors and tenants.
The transformational 225,100 SF renovation included a new façade, thermal envelope improvements, modernized lobby, café, outdoor roof patio, and fitness amenities. The addition of a rooftop area now gives tenants access to fresh air, fitness, and communal relaxation spaces at any time of day.
The Link’s interior spaces now foster a new, blended work environment that is an office lobby, co-working space, and a coffee shop/bar all in one. Exterior revitalization allowed for high-performance cladding systems that dramatically improve daylighting.
