Scope Of Work
Awarded the prestigious 2013-2014 Downtown Denver Award, the North Wing Office Building is located next to historic Union Station in downtown Denver.
The five-story, LEED® Gold building provides 155,000 GSF (109,034 rentable SF) of Class A office space with three levels of underground parking. Because the building is situated on an urban infill, zero lot line site with no staging area, it required extensive coordination with the City and County of Denver, as well as other contractors working in the area. Site work for this project included remediation of contaminated soils, dewatering and groundwater, clean-up, and 35’ of shored excavation.
The building houses The IMA Financial Group Inc.’s new headquarters. In addition to constructing the building’s core and shell, Haselden also provided the tenant finish for IMA’s offices.
