Scope Of Work

Eagle View Behavioral Health will provide a new set of care and treatment options for people of all ages, including children. The hospital is a single story, 54,586 sq. ft. facility that offers on-site outpatient suites with 72 beds, a private ambulance entrance, on-site pharmacy, two classrooms along with two courtyards for patients. The facility has a 250kw generator installed for backup power if needed. The facility offers the only senior adult, or geriatric, unit in the Quad-Cities and will be the only private, free-standing inpatient acute psychiatric hospital in Iowa.  Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owner’s representatives during the complex project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan to meet all local and state requirements for this type of facility.
