Scope Of Work

Two former bank buildings are now a hip, urban college campus where virtual reality   latest technology are helping prepare students for careers. Federal Historic Tax Credits were used to fund  interior demolition  revitalization   west  on  campus. Many   ’s iconic features were saved including stone column wraps, stone walls by  elevators  even an old indoor drive-up lane   bank’s vault. These unique elements blend seamlessly with the modern glass  open spaces   .

 two campus buildings are connected by a new two-story structure with a community room  a large courtyard. Images are projected at night onto  west ’s façade giving  buildings a true urban feel.

In  east , a grand staircase presented a series  challenges. It was fabricated  a steel shop, rolled through a single door on top  finished floors  installed just in time for occupancy.    worked carefully with  designer to create a staircase from three pieces  steel for significant cost savings without sacrificing  aesthetic appeal from stunning glass panels.
