Scope Of Work
Built on an eight-acre site, this one- and two-story building brings together multiple school district departments to better serve the students, staff, and community within the growing Richland School District. The combination wood- and steel-framed structure, clad with masonry and architectural precast concrete, includes open and private offices, large meeting and training rooms, a community gathering space, and district administrative offices.
