This single-story memory care community includes 56 private suites nestled within warmly designed dining and common areas, indoor gathering spaces, and outdoor courtyards. The Bouten field team used Lean construction pull planning to engage all trade partners in establishing and tracking activities – their focus on achieving workflow efficiency, elimination of waste, enhanced safety and quality, and a final cost that was below the Guaranteed Maximum Price.
