Scope Of Work
Gulf completed the Big Cypress Public Safety Complex for the Seminole Tribe of Florida under a Design-Build contract. Together with Gulf Design Group, a division of Gulf Building Corp this facility was a success. It features a 12,000 sf hardened structure Emergency Operation Center. During emergencies, the facility houses over 40 emergency personnel and includes 7 day back full generation and a 15,000 gallon above gound fuel tank.
This Emergency Operations Center for the Seminole Tribe includes a Police & Fire Station with a postal facility. It includes state of the art CCTV and High Security features. This facility also houses various administrative offices for the Seminole Tribe. The facility has a total of 50,000 Sq Ft of new construction.
