Scope Of Work
Gulf was selected by the Seminole Tribe of Florida to served as the General Contractor for the Fresh Harvest Restaurant at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino. This was part of a $ 27 Million casino, retail and dining expansion undertaken by Gulf at this location. Fresh harvest is a 290 patron, 6,000 SF restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner while bringing a unique dining concept to the south Florida market. It features live action cooking stations including rotisserie, grilling and sauté stations, pizza oven, sushi/ salad/ sandwich station and patisserie/ desert station. It also includes an 800 pound, circular, flat-top griddle at "center stage" for various cuisine types beneath a huge brushed copper dome.
