Scope Of Work
Gulf was selected by the Seminole Tribe of Florida to served as the General Contractor for the Nectar Ultra-Lounge at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino. This was part of a $ 27 Million casino, retail and dining expansion undertaken by Gulf at this location. Nectar Lounge provides a 3000 Square foot night spot with high-energy environment for live musical performances and fine dining.
