Scope Of Work
Gulf Building Corp has been selected as the construction manager for the New River Village- Phase III. Currently in the pre-construction stage Gulf’s responsibility will include supervising the developer and Contractor, complete plan review for code compliance.
The project will consist of a new high-rise, mixed use building consisting of approximately 300,000 SF. There will be a restaurant and lobby in the first floor. The next 8 levels will be for office usage. The remaining 9 top stories will be part of the 250 room hotel with a pool deck on the roof.
