Scope Of Work

Primrose Schools® is a national system of accredited private schools, providing premier early education. They subscribe to the philosophy that brains are built over time from the bottom up. So when it was time to expand to Andover, MA, they trusted Coastal Construction to handle all aspects of the ground-up construction of their new facility.

This 13,000 square-foot, single-story structure is comprised of a wood stud bearing wall with brick veneer, architectural shingle roof and a concrete slab floor. It features premium interior finishes and millwork. Coastal quality can be seen and experienced in side and out right down to the site development with its high-end play surfaces and playground equipment.
