Scope Of Work
Thompson Turner Construction was hired by Lexington County School District Two as the CM At-Risk for the new Brookland-Cayce High School Arena as part of their $225 million bond referendum.
The scope of this facility includes the new construction of a 43,000 SF, 1,500-seat basketball gymnasium will have an extensive weight room, interior and exterior turf, terrazzo, concessions area and office space, and locker rooms for both home and away teams.
Upon completion in December 2018, the Arena played host to the Duke Blue Devils basketball team in the NCAA March Madness Tournament.
