This design-build,156-key hotel is just 2.5 miles from O’Hare International Airport, near plenty of shopping and entertainment options. The five-story, core-and-shell hotel is brick and limestone, EIFS and metal panel. The hotel is part of an approximately five-acre development that includes the hotel, office building and a parking structure designed to both. The building includes hotel support spaces, an indoor pool / spa, fitness room and meeting space.
