Scope Of Work
This new, eight-story, 60,000 s.f. Marriott boutique hotel in the River North neighborhood includes 156 keys with public and back-of-house space on the ground level and a partial second level. The guestrooms are on floors three through eight. The lobby features game tables, an interactive digital guestbook and a bar that doubles as the check-in desk. In addition, the space includes a fitness room. The hotel restaurant is available both from inside the hotel and via a walk-up window outside. The enclosure is a combination of brick veneer, glazed aluminum storefront/windows and fiber cement façade panels.
Launched in 2014, Marriot’s boutique hotel offers a new way of traveling where affordability is not sacrificed by style or a loss of comfort.
