Scope Of Work
CDW, a Fortune 500 technology company, was looking to consolidate their suburban facilities. They found the right space in Lincolnshire, at 25 and 75 International, transforming the mostly-vacant 210,000 square-foot building into their new headquarters.
The entire interior of both buildings were demolished and renovated to include office workstations, private offices, conference rooms, a board room and standard amenities in addition to a server room and IDF.
The ground floor features a training center and a cafe with a supporting full cooking kitchen.
New three-story connector bridge between the two existing office towers. The two buildings had previously been connected only through the ground-floor atrium.
Main entrance and exterior concrete were also upgraded.
